The Work Opportunity Tax Credit(WOTC) is a federal tax credit for hiring job seekers from "target groups" who have consistently faced barriers to employment.

The intent of WOTC is to incentivize workplace diversity and facilitate access to good jobs for all American workers.

What is Kansas CertLink?

Kansas CertLink is an online system for managing WOTC applications and certifications. With Kansas CertLink, employers and employer consultants can apply for and manage WOTC applications and certifications, and state workforce agencies (and other participating agencies) can administer the WOTC program. This streamlined, paperless workflow is user-friendly and saves time and effort.
